While living in the Heights, she prided herself for being a daily communicant at the former Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church for some thirty-eight years continually, following her retirement.
Currently, she held membership in the Parish of Saint Andre Bessette, North Wilkes-Barre and professionally, held membership in the International Ladies Garment Workers' Union.
Despite having no children of her own, Dorothy is remembered as being a loving, devoted wife and aunt to her adoring family whose presence will be greatly missed by all those she touched in this life.
