Mae Alicia (Kirwan) Noss

     Mrs. Mae Alicia (Kirwan) Noss, 85, formerly of Wilkes-Barre, passed into eternal life early Wednesday morning in the care of Timber Ridge Health Care Center where she resided for the past several months.

     Born December 22, 1934 in Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter to the late John and Margaret (Devers) Kirwan and was educated in the Wilkes-Barre schools.

     She would eventually meet her late beloved husband, Mr. William Noss and in 1955 the couple would begin their married life together.

     A consummate homemaker, Mrs. Noss is remembered as being a loving, devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to her adoring family.  Her presence will be greatly missed by all those she touched in this life.

     Left to cherish the wonderful memories they have of their mother are her children, Mary Ann Duliba; William Noss Jr.; Bernadette Fernandes; Cindy Hewitt; John Noss; Henry Noss; Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

     Memorial funeral services for Mrs. Noss will be announced at a future date from the North Wilkes-Barre location of the John V. Morris Family Funeral Homes Inc., 625 North Main Street, once it is deemed safe to have social gatherings.

     Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
